Wash out the flower pots!! These fun, seasonal flower pot cakes are yummy and there are lots of bits the kids can easily help with!
You will need:
Chocolate Rice Krispies
Mini Flower Pots
Lollies Cake Cases
Mini Marshmallows and icing pens to make ‘bugs’ and ‘worms’ (or just buy a packet of jelly worms)
Scissors
Crayons
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of steaming water then stir in the rice krispies.
- Allow to cool.
- Put in ‘flower pots’ to create ‘soil’.
- Flatten the cake cases, draw a flower shape and cut them out.
- Push the lolly through to create flowers
Pop the flowers into the ‘soil’ and VOILA! Create bugs, snails and worms using mini marshmallows and icing pens.
