Flowery Fried Eggs

Written by Claire

This  lovely smiley and cute fried egg looked so perfect for breakfast I had to make it! Unfortunately my cooking skills let me down and if became a  flower…..’sort of’! Let me know how you get on!

Here’s what I did. If you want to create something beautiful I’m not sure these are the best instructions! Xx

You need: eggs, red peppers, cooking oil, frying pan.

1) Cut the peppers to create flower shapes

flower egg ingredients

2) Heat oil in a pan and fry off the 1 red pepper flower until softish  #daysoutwithkids

3) Break the egg and ‘pour’ inside the pepper. Allow it to cook, some of the egg white will escape and you can cut this off afterwards.

4) Voila!

DO NOT turn the egg over or you will get this!

Send in your pics if you have made something beautiful OR if you have had a cooking disaster!
