Rice pudding has always been a favourite in my house, especially on cold days like we have been having recently. It’s also super easy to make and is perfect as a hearty snack or a tasty pudding for children (and grown ups) of all ages!
What you will need:
400g cooked short white rice
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How to make:
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over a medium heat and stir until the ingredients have mixed together.
Cook the mixture for fifteen – twenty minutes until the mixture has thickened.
Leave to cool for a couple of minutes before adding your favourite extra flavouring- mine’s strawberry jam!
