Why not spend a family day out surrounded by tasty food and drink at this food festival. There will be plenty of tasty morsels to sample and you can even help create a giant edible map of Liverpool made from cake! Grown-ups can enjoy cookery demonstrations while the kids have fun listening to storytelling and taking part in food art workshops. With street entertainment and great music it sounds like a fun time will be had by all!

It’s time again for the annual River Festival in this beautiful town! The riverside will come to life with food stalls selling tasty food and drink and lots of entertainment for the whole family. Visit the family zone, try the climbing wall or just sit and enjoy live music. On Saturday evening there is an illuminated boat parade and firework display the kids will love!

This annual event has been taking place for many years and promises a day out of brilliant entertainment, great music and fun children’s entertainers! Kids will giggle at the clowns and magicians and be enthralled at the Xtreme Falconry show. Be sure not to miss ‘Musical Ruth’ from Britain’s Got Talent! Alice’s Day at the Story Museum; Oxford, 4th July, FREE
Alice’s Day takes part every year and celebrates the wonderful children’s book Alice In Wonderland. Lots of magical free events take place all over the beautiful town of Oxford in different locations, including a story trail, dance workshops, exciting craft activities and games of croquet! See street performers and kids can enjoy hands-on creative workshops learning skills their grandparents would have learnt before them. Why not bring the family dressed in vintage attire and join in with the ‘Very Big Catwalk’!

For the very first time Peppa Pig is visiting this award winning farm for special appearances throughout the weekend. Kids can join in with free crafts and a fun themed Tractor Ride. Don’t forget to bring the camera for some great photo opportunities! For an extra £10 per person as an add on to your admission ticket you could start the day early and treat the kids to breakfast with Peppa who will make her way round greeting everyone as you enjoy a delicious breakfast.

This fun park is celebrating its 8th birthday so this weekend there is a party with lots of fun and games and a dj playing great music. Kids can enjoy watching stilt walkers, a magician and brilliant falconry displays. Take a ride on the miniature railway and look out for Clover the cow and all her friends and join them for a piece of birthday cake!
