Pumpkin chips recipe

Got leftover pumpkin and don’t know what to do?
Well, we’ve got some great ideas just for you!
Why not have a go at making some pumpkin chips,
We have put together these easy to follow tips!

Pumpkin Chips

Ingredients:

1/2 a medium pumpkin

2tsp of garlic granules

2tsb dried oregano

salt

oil

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 220c.

2. Peel the pumpkin with a potato peeler and remove all of the seeds.

3. Cut the flesh into thin fries.

4. Place on a baking tray and cover with oil, garlic, oregano and salt. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
