And know you’ll never want another type of nachos again!

One of my all-time favourite Autumn sweet treats has to be caramel apples! But let’s face it, those sticky apples are not exactly the easiest to eat. This cool twist on nachos brings all the flavours of the beloved caramel apple and is even simpler to make!

Ingredients:

4 Granny Smith apples, cored and thinly sliced

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

3/4 cup caramel, warmed

2 Daim bars, broken into pieces

Directions:

1. On a large plate, arrange apple slices on top of one another.

2. Drizzle half a cup of white chocolate and half a cup of caramel over the apples.  Next, scatter the chopped pretzels and Daim bar on top.

3. Drizzle the remaining white chocolate and caramel on top.

4. Serve immediately.
