Come along and celebrate Chinese New Year at Shrek’s Adventure this half term. After loads of Shrek and Kung Fu Panda fun, the little ones can have a great time making Chinese headdresses and joining in with King Julien’s dance party!

AIRFIX: Make and Take; Royal Air Force Museum London, 15th – 19th February, 11am – 1pm & 2-4pm
This half term as well as having loads of fun at this brilliant museum amongst incredible aircraft, kids will also have the chance to make an airfix model to take home afterwards!

Spectacular Science Week; London Museum of Water and Steam, London, 13th – 21st February
This half term come along to ‘Science Week’ and learn about the wonderful world of electricity, and on certain days you will get to see exciting experiments from mad scientists! Although everyone is welcome, this is best suited to children aged 4 upwards.

Puddle Jumping! WWT London Wetland Centre, 13th – 21st February, 9:30am – 6pm
Get those wellies out and have a fantastic time splashing in puddles this half term! Are you a ‘super splasher’ as there will be a prize for best style and skills shown jumping in to the biggest puddles! An absolute must for all ages (including the adults).

Half Term Activities; Museum of Childhood, London, 15th – 19th February, 11am – 4pm
Can you believe that Play-Doh was launched 60 years ago, and it’s still enjoyed by children to this day! There’s lots going on at the Museum of Childhood this half term, and for three days there will be a very special art illustrator showing you how to bring a drawing to life by using Play-Doh!

Royal Academy of Music Museum, London, 15th – 27th February
Take part in a very special musical children’s trail all about the life of Yehudi Menuhin, who started playing at the age of just four years old and became one of the greatest violin players! Children will be looking for hidden objects around the museum whilst learning about Menuhins travels all over the world with his violin.

A Special Half Term Project; Kentish Town City Farm, London, 15th – 19th February, 9am – 5pm
For a day of rural life in the heart of London bring the children to Kentish Town City Farm. As well as mingling with sheep, pigs and goats, there’s lots of free activities going on for half term! Booking is essential so give them a call before you visit to avoid disappointment on the day.

Four Centuries in One Week! Geffrye Museum, London, 16th – 20th February, 10am – 4pm
There’s lots of free fun going on during half term for the kids to get stuck into, including the chance to explore a home from a different century each day! See how the Tudors, Stuarts, Georgians and Victorians lived all those years ago with lots of brilliant activities!

Clown Fish Clues; Sea Life London Aquarium, London, 13th – 21st February, 10am – 6pm
Visit the London Aquarium during half term and follow a trail in search of Clownfish Clues! Each child will get an activity booklet, and don’t miss the feeding and talks in Nemo’s Kingdom!

The Mysterious Midnight Bus; London Transport Museum, 13th – 21st February, 10am – 6pm
Bring the family to this fun storytime session about a mysterious midnight bus that has very special magical powers! The kids can also get to be creative and produce their very own artwork in some great workshops at the museum too!
