- The competition closes at midnight every Wednesday for 5 weeks from 11th July 2023. The winners will be contacted every Thursday for 5 weeks from 13th July 2023, via email from Picniq.
- The winners will be picked at random.
- The winners will have 48 hours to accept the prize and provide contact details, after this time we will select another winner in their place.
- Prize is non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
- Theme park tickets are valid until 7th September 2023. Exclusions apply. Unless specified in the prize details, the prize does not include any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or their guest/s whilst at THORPE PARK Resort, including but not limited to travel, food and beverage, retail and any other costs incurred.
- In the event the winner does not for any reason take the prize before the 7th September 2023, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The prize is offered by THORPE PARK Resort and all terms and conditions relating to THORPE PARK Resort must be adhered to.

- The winner / winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of being notified by Picniq, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Picniq shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 3 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Picniq shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The prize will consist of a Picniq voucher to use against any product on our main website, tickets.picniq.co.uk. Voucher must be redeemed within one booking and is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be used against off-site products.
- Picniq accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Picniq further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw.
- Picniq shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
