If you find a ticket to an attraction offered at a lower price within 48 hours of making your booking on our website https://tickets.picniq.co.uk ‐ then we’ll refund you the difference!
Our Price Promise is simple and covers all tickets available online to the general public but excludes discount codes, Black Friday Offers, discounts you may receive from memberships, corporate schemes, daily deals or reward/ incentive programmes. The minimum amount you can claim is £1 and the maximum amount is £100.

The cheaper ticket must be available on a like for like basis (for example, valid for the same date/s, have the same inclusions, for hotels, match the room types )
The cheaper ticket must be available to purchase online from a UK based company and not sold out
The cost of any ‘free’ extras you have received with your purchase may be taken into account when reviewing your claim and when calculating any refund due. This includes items such as, but not limited to, free gifts (such as toys), photo passes and restaurant vouchers.

Capacity limits due to social distancing mean popular visit dates and timeslots sell out early!
When you book tickets for the majority of UK attractions, we have secured terms that mean you will be able to:
• Get a full refund for your tickets 7 days+ before your intended visit date
• Change your visit date with no fee up to midday 12pm the day before your visit (subject to availability)
Refunds are not available within 7 days of your visit date and 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Date changes requested after midday 12pm on the day before your visit may be possible, subject to agreement from the attraction, but will carry a £5 fee.
The reason for admin charges: this summer attractions face a unique challenge due to the capacity restrictions imposed on them. This means tickets are likely to sell out on some dates and last minute/ same day bookings are not accepted. This means short notice cancellations will not be rebooked by another customer.
In rare instances an attraction (at their total discretion) may decide to offer a refund within the 7-day period. This will carry a fee of £10 in all instances.
Up@the 02- Refunds and date changes are possible up until the point you finalise your timeslot with the attraction (which must be at least 24hours before your intended visit date). After this, all requests must be made directly to the attraction and their terms apply. Currently Up @ the 02 terms state that tickets are non-refundable and may only be changed 30 days in advance with a fee applied.
The View From The Shard- Tickets are strictly not refundable but date changes are available up to 48hours before the intended visit date for a £5 fee. You must contact us to arrange this on your behalf.
Zip World Attractions- Refunds and date changes are possible up until the point you finalise your timeslot with the attraction after this all requests must be made directly and their terms apply.
Crystal Maze Attractions- Refunds and date changes are possible up until the point you finalise your timeslot with the attraction after this all requests must be made directly and their terms apply.
Family & Friends Dated Ticket: Available for groups of 4, 5 or 6 people on the selected visit date. Valid for 1 park- either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. Guaranteed Park entry on the selected date with no need to register online. Fully refundable up to 5 days before the date of visit if your plans change.
1 Day, 1 Park Dated Ticket: Valid for 1 park- either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park on the selected visit date. Guaranteed Park entry on the selected date with no need to register online. Fully refundable up to 5 days before the date of visit if your plans change.
