Zipmas is a limited time event running on certain dates between November 29th and December 24th. Should you be unable to visit on any of these dates, you can choose to book for next year’s event (details TBC) or exchange your prize for Zip World gift vouchers or adventures of equal or less value (options for exchange are subject to Zip World’s discretion).
The winner must contact Zip World within 14 days to book their date/choose their option.
