We recognise the anxiety that the Covid-19 is causing, especially when it comes to planning outings. Therefore, for all new bookings made between 12th and 31st March to UK attractions, we are offering you the flexibility to change the date of your visit without a charge.
- Free date change to any date before 30th June 2020 (normally £10)
- To benefit from this the date change request must be made by 1pm the day BEFORE your visit
- Our friendly customer service team will help you select an option that best suits you, as some attractions may have unavailable dates or upgrade charges when swapping from an off-peak into a peak period.
We are currently unable to offer date changes for most shows, events and non-UK attractions, however, please call our team for advice should you need it and they will help you make the most flexible plans possible. Our contact details are available here
