Things are getting spoo-quay in the evenings, this Halloween at the Hartlepool’s Maritime Experience. If you aren’t afraid of ghosts, head to the National Children’s Museum and join the ghostbuster on a ghastly ghosty tour through the museum to track down and hopefully capture some old souls! Visit the haunted mansion to explore your spookier side and hear some scary-ish stories, too. Celebrate this beautiful time of year with all the family and enjoy some brilliant autumn themed outdoors activities which include a woodland trail, talks about various bird species, and a forage through the woods. Go Ape! Grizedale, Cumbria
