World Cup Survival Handbook

If you love football or not, there is no escaping the World Cup in Brazil this year. We have found some fun activities, games and craft that everyone can enjoy over the next few weeks. Get the family together and celebrate all things football and Brazilian.

1) Do a family sweepstake!

Download our Sweepstake here!

Download and print out our sweepstake, cut out the countries put them in a pot and let everyone choose at random. Maybe either bet with sweets or just for the glory of being the winner.

2) Make your own football themed bunting!

These are so easy and fun to make just using some paper plates, paint and some card.

Or maybe buy this fab World Cup flag bunting and decorate the lounge.

Get them here

3) Make some small England flags (or whichever country you support)

4)  Have fun painting each others faces

Luckily the England flag is one of the easier flags to copy and you only need two colours, if you are feeling brave try the Brazilian flag.

5) Make some football cupcakes, then eat them all.

We love cupcakes, and any excuse to make them is fine with us. These look particularly pretty and are maybe a little tricky to make, but you could always cut out shapes using rolled icing and use green cupcake cases.

6) How about making your own football stadium?

Mummymaleta.com

This is a great use of some pizza boxes and means your little ones can play indoors once they have made it too!

7) Paint your nails with your flag

These are a little trick to do but the English flag if you have a steady hand are a nice way of showing your support.
