RAF100 Parade and flypast on the Mall, Westminster, London
10th July 2018
Today you can join in the celebrations with the March up the Mall and witness up to 100 aircraft taking to the skies from Suffolk to London in this fantastic RAF100 celebration! Can’t make it? You can watch it live on BBC one- coverage starts from 9.30am! Find out more here:
The Royal International Air Tattoo, RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire
13-15th July 2018
Following on from the national centenary celebration for RAF100 in London the Air Tattoo is hosting an international celebration where air forces from all around the world will come together for a ‘global salute’ Some of the aircraft making an appearance in the fly-past are The Red arrows, Typhoons, Lancasters, Spitfires and the new Lightning! On the ground, you can marvel at some of the impressive aircraft from the RAF’s past and meet the heroes currently serving in the RAF. Tickets for the Saturday are sold out, but you can book for Friday and Sunday here:

Warm up those vocal chords and enjoy this celebratory concert featuring Chilwell Military choir and Maltby Brass band, all profits of this event will go towards funding a bench in Rotherham to commemorate 100 years of the RAF. Find out more here:
1940s RAF100 Weekend, Hemswell Antique Centres, Gainsborough

Come along to this fun-filled weekend to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force, dress in your 1940’s gear and enjoy, music, competitions, BBQ’s and refreshments. This is a free annual event which celebrates the families and friends of RAF Brize Norton, keep all of the family entertained with a variety of activities including Autosport and aircraft displays, fairground and attractions, food and drinks stands, live shows and music.
