- This prize allows the winner entry to Thorpe Park plus fastrack for four people
- The prize consists of 4 tickets to Thorpe Park plus fastrack
- The winner agrees to share their contact details with the attraction for booking purposes
- The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 10th August 2025 and one winner will be contacted on Monday 11th August 2025.
- Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative.
- The Prize must be redeemed and used by 30th September 2025.
- Visit subject to availability.
- Re-sale is strictly prohibited.
- Transport, accommodation, merchandise and food and beverage are not included.
- The winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of being notified by Picniq, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Picniq shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 3 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Picniq shall be entitled to select another winner.
- Picniq accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Picniq further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw.
- Picniq shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- Excludes entry on selected peak dates including Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Madame Tussauds reserves the right to restrict further dates.
- One prize package for one winner. The prize package consists of 4 x one-day theme park entry tickets to Thorpe Park, 4 x Coasters Fastrack tickets for 4 x people, 4 x Thorpe Park Hyperia One Shot Fastrack tickets for 4 x people and 1 x car parking ticket for Thorpe Park. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
- 4 x Thorpe Park one-day theme park entry tickets valid for one use on or before 30.09.2025.
- 4 x Thorpe Park Coasters Fastrack tickets valid for one use on or before 30.09.2025. This ticket allows one ride on each of the following rollercoasters: Colossus, Nemesis Inferno, Stealth, SAW – The Ride and The Swarm. Individual ride restrictions apply.
- 4 x Thorpe Park Hyperia One Shot Fastrack tickets valid for one use on or before 30.09.2025. This ticket is valid for one use by one person on Hyperia and is not bound by a time slot, individual ride restrictions apply.
- 1 x Thorpe Park car parking ticket valid for one use on or before 30.09.2025.
- Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. Unless specified in the prize details, the prize does not include any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or their guest/s whilst at Thorpe Park, including but not limited to travel, food and beverage, retail and any other costs incurred.
- Prizes are subject to availability.
- In the event the winner does not for any reason take the prize before midnight on 29.09.2025, the entire prize package will be forfeited by the winner and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
- If for any reason a prize is not available, Thorpe Park reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
- The prize is offered by Thorpe Park and all terms and conditions relating to Thorpe Park must be adhered to.
