If you’re dreaming of something sweet,
We know the perfect treat!
Using strawberries, marshmallows and ice-cream,
This unicorn milkshake is a dream!
What you will need (serves 2):
226g strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-pint vanilla ice cream
125ml milk
Toppings:
Whipped cream
2 white marshmallows
Pink sprinkles
Colourful sprinkles
2 waffle cones
How to make:
1. In a medium bowl add the sliced strawberries, sugar, vanilla extract and stir. Set aside for an hour.
2. Place the strawberry mixture, ice cream and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 large glasses, add whipped cream in a swirl shape with a point. Sprinkle on your choice of sprinkles and add the waffle cone upside down.
4. For unicorn ears, take a white marshmallow and cut diagonally. Press the cut side down into the pink sprinkles. Place one either side of the whipped cream.
