For a fizzy delight, pour strawberry-infused gin, rose liqueur and lime juice into a champagne flute and top with prosecco.
New year’s Gin-centive

Pour Conker gin, strawberry syrup and peach bitters into a large glass and top up with grapefruit tonic.

Instead of serving with the traditional lemon or lime wedge, try adding slices of strawberries, raspberries, slices of grapefruit, or even some elderflower cordial to your glass. The fruits will slowly infuse with your drink adding some subtle flavour.
