🚶 Activity 4: Jumping Jacks Challenge 🚶
Get your kids to see how many jumping jacks they can do within 30 seconds!
🔥 Activity 5: The Floor is Lava 🔥
Layout a course of hula hoops and planks of wood and get them to cross from one side of the garden to the other without touching the grass. They must only step inside the hula hoops or on the wood!
☑️ Activity 6: Through the Tunnel ☑️
There are a few ways of doing this one, if you have an actual toy tunnel then use this. But if not, line up some kitchen chairs or a large cardboard box opened at both ends can also work and get your child to crawl through!
️⚽️ Activity 7: Hit the Target ️⚽️
Using a football or any round ball and a target, see how many shots your little one can hit.
🌊 Activity 8: Water Bucket Challenge 🌊
For this one, all you need is two buckets, a small cup and some water. Place two buckets at either end of your garden. Fill one up with water. Your child must then scoop the water into a small cup and transfer it to the empty bucket.
🤸♀️ Activity 9: Skipping 🤸♀️
Get them to do 30 skips trying to stay on the spot!
🥎️ Activity 10: Don’t drop the ball 🥎️
And finally, finish your obstacle course with this super fun activity! Place a ball between your child’s knees and get them to walk from spot to another – WITHOUT dropping the ball. Every time they drop it, they have to start again!
