Virgin Mojito
I had to find a non-alcoholic version of my favourite. You can choose your mixer with this recipe but I personally use soda water.
Ingredients:
15 mint leaves
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
1 tablespoon simple sugar syrup
Plenty of ice
Ginger ale/soda water/sparkling water/Sprite
How to make:
Crush mint leaves and lime wedges using the end of a wooden spoon! Next, add sugar syrup and sugar before shaking the mixture well. Pour the mixture into three glasses and top up with some ice. Add your mixer, which is soda water in a traditional mojito, but if you fancy something different try sparkling water, lemonade or ginger ale.
