💧 North East Puddle Jumping Championships at WWT Washington, Tyne and Wear 💧

15th – 23rd February 2020

Fancy challenging your family and friends to a Puddle Jumping Competition this February half term? Head out to WWT Washington Wellington Centre between the 15th – 23rd February and participate in their Welly Boot Camp obstacle course challenge with a puddle jumping finale and not to mention a whole host of other activities including welly wanging and a welly shy. 🦜️ Mr Cadbury’s Parrot Mini-Egg Show at Cadbury World, Birmingham 🦜️

15th – 23rd February 2020

Enjoy a fascinating, fun-packed family day out at Cadbury World in Birmingham as you uncover a world of chocolate delights. Explore the self-guided exhibition tour, making sure to check out each of the chocolatey zones before watching Mr Cadbury’s Parrot Mini-Egg show which will be running daily between 15th – 23rd February! 🏰 Festival of Archery at Warwick Castle, Warwick 🏰

15th – 23rd February 2020

Encounter the centuries-old art of archery like never before at the UK’s only Medieval Festival of Archery this February half-term! Watch as over 10 professional archers demonstrate their expert skills in daily shows and competitions. You and your family can even learn to shoot a bow and arrow too during the “Have a Go Archery” sessions. Plus, be part of the action in a brand new live-action show where you can expect to see flaming arrows trailblazing overhead! 🎨 Half Term at The Tank Museum, Dorset 🎨

15th – 21st February 2020

This February half term explore Dorset’s largest indoor attraction, packed full with 9 powerful exhibitions, 300 tanks and 100 years of armoured warfare! Plus, between the 17th – 23rd February enjoy animal-themed activities all week at the Tank Museum with Tank Zoo.  Little ones will be able to find out about the brave furry and feathered friends in the Animals at War game as well as enjoy colouring and crafts activities, face painting, trails and talks! 🧙 Harry Potter Art at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Watford 🧙

14th – 24th February 2020

Do you have Hogwarts fans in the family? Exclusively between the 14th-24th of February, you can discover the craftsmanship and artistry that went into every detail to bring the wizarding world to life on the big screen at Warner Bros Studio Tour in London! Meet the original filmmakers, who will reveal a range of techniques including wand-making demonstrations by the team who handcrafted thousands of wands for the film series. Find out more here. 

🚀Destination Space at Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium, Winchester🚀

14th Feb – 23rd Feb 2020

Calling all mini astronauts! Do you fancy embarking on a mission through the galaxy? Head on down to Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium and you can do just that as you discover Destination Space! Learn about the current search for life on Mars, the latest space telescope technology and the specially designed sites across the Earth that can launch rockets far into the cosmos.  Plus, make sure to watch the exciting space-themed live science show and take part in the activities which will be running in the Invention studio. This February half term, join Teach Rex as they deliver a prehistoric insight into the most magnificent beast that has ever roamed the planet earth. This exciting, interactive show which features two life-like dinosaurs will leave your children mesmerised as they explore the anatomy and behaviour of the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex. 🦕 Time Travelling Heroes at The Royal Mint, Pontyclun 🦕

15th, 16th, 18th, 20th & 22nd February 2020

On selected dates, this February, The Royal Mint in Pontyclun will be hosting a ‘Time Travelling Heroes’ event –  perfect for any young dinosaur fans! Here, they will travel back in time with a tour guide, Dinosaur Dean and visit Dinosauria! But will your little one be able to evade the dangers, fend off the dinosaur and help save the precious dinosaur eggs?! Find out more here. 

⛸ February half-term activities at Lee Valley Regional Park, Enfield ⛸

15th – 23rd February 2020

At Lee Valley Regional Park in Essex, you will find a range of fabulous February half term activities –  all child-friendly of course! From ice skating to horse riding and getting up close to farm animals and wildlife too, the activities are endless. Not to mention the Star Track Camp, a half-term exclusive running between 18th – 21st February giving your budding athlete stars the chance to receive expert tuition in lots of athletic disciplines.
